  • When i was around 18, some 20 years ago, there was a town close to where i grew up, and they had a nazi problem. They had a bunch of weirdo neo nazis there and their numbers would grow over time. I hated it, because instead of going out and having a good time, a lot of our weekends were spent beating up neo nazis and making sure they don’t “claim” certain bars and establishments. I kept wondering what their appeal was, and how they even find new people.

Suddenly it was pretty clear, they just accepted everyone with open arms. People who had trouble finding friends, people who didn’t feel like they belonged anywhere, outcasts and misfits. Or just people who are so shitty that they never found friends. That shit made me so sad, because me and my friends were misfits as well. Just a bunch of nerds who found each other through music and smoking weed and being weirdos.

From what i gathered later on, like 90% of them grew out of it and lived a normal life. Some of them have to live with the shame of having a swastika tattoo or a Hitler bust somewhere on their body. And some of them just die on the hill of being neo nazi scumbags.

  • So this was the point where i was really perplexed. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the game, it was fun and i liked parts of it, but for me it was just not really challenging enough as a platformer or whatever. So playing it, i at least hoped that the story would be good. But they were just complete dickheads. I thought they learned something from the teddy, but they were just hiding it? They are either horrible parents or the writers are.

  • It definitely plays into that. But just the other day i was shopping on a pretty busy day, and someone just left their child in the cart playing Fortnite in the middle of the store. Every one bumper cart pushed him out of their way, into someone else’s way. The kid didn’t even bother to look up. Some people just don’t give a shit.

  • The funny thing is that it wasn’t always this bad. When i used tinder the first time, i installed it, got like 20 matches, talked to some people and met up with one or two. It was free and unlimited, except to see who matched you and super likes and all that shit.

It just got periodically worse and worse. The last time i used tinder was this summer and it’s disgusting. The app is designed to prevent you from getting matches, the only ones who swiped on me live in china, kenya or Thailand. Expectations have gone through the roof.

With all that said, i actually met someone that i really love and we both are kind of in the same boat. Neither me or her have ever met someone that they liked as much, and i would’ve never met her without these shitty ass apps.
