The idea of rules to war might seems strange but I think the idea is that there IS such a thing as a legitimate military objective. For example if the boat IS a legitimate military threat to your nation, you’ve neutralized that threat by sinking the boat.

“Exterminate people you don’t like” is NOT a legitimate military objective, so the second strike is NOT legitimate as the legitimate military objective has already been achieved.

But yes, I think many would agree that the initial strikes were ALSO illegal, it’s just that the administration is hiding behind a declaration that these boats are a legitimate military threat so they create a grey area where they are unlikely to ever be held accountable.

The second strike is blatantly illegal and there’s really no sane defense for that, by defending the second strike they’re essentially admitting to being psychopaths who aren’t behaving like legitimate military leadership.

This meeting most likely benefits Trump more than Mamdani. This gives Trump an opportunity to sweep the vile racism of the final weeks of the campaign under the rug, and lets him appear to be concerned about the working class and affordability.

When Republicans obstructed under Obama, it looked like a Republican shutdown because Obama intended to reach bipartisan compromise, they just didn’t want him to accomplish anything of value.

This looks like a Republican shutdown because Trump announced at the beginning that they would NOT negotiate with Democrats at all and they should just vote for the Republican bill “just because”.

This is the only time the Democrats have had leverage during the second Trump administration, so Trump needed to find some concessions to get their votes, and instead announced that he would give none. That’s why this is the Trump shutdown.

I got to the final heart boss exactly one time and I can’t see any way that I would ever defeat it given it has 750HP and some other insane buffs.

At least with H1B, you’re competing against someone who has to pay rent and taxes and grocery prices in the US.

If they don’t also tariff outsourcing, companies could just do more of that.
