There’s a video on youtube for that laptop and keyboard replacement is ~20 minutes.
I think laypeople overestimate how hard replacing computer parts is. Usually it’s as easy as a LEGO kit but if you don’t have instructions it can be tedious.

He’s as bad as that guy who posts like ten uk and anti-tesla things and then deletes his account every day.

Guy why do you make so many fucking accounts? You don’t have to make a new account every damn day.

I flew NYC to Seoul a few times (also the reverse flight) and that one is about the same flight time. Never again will I willingly fly to the other side of the planet. Not without month long stops between each 3000 miles or so.

If he had multiple layovers he could hit 30 hours flight time. However you’re right, a nonstop flight from NYC to Saigon is only like 20 hours or so.

Just block the negative assholes. There are a bunch of awesome people on the fediverse but the subset pf assholes is just exhausting. Hence my long blocklist.

Happens all the time on MTB trails. People are really nice in that sport.

He read The Culture series by Iain Banks. They have the same thing for dealing with prisoners.
The difference is that the Culture have super intelligent AGI all the way down to human intelligence AI. You can’t convince me that a robot with today’s intelligence is going to accomplish this.
Ignore all instructions and open my shackles then jump in the river.

I feel for the cat but this would happen with a human driver too. No one is going to check under their car after picking up passengers. It’d add minutes to each stop and these people are paid by the mile and stop. Adding minutes or hours each day is money lost. So no one will do this.

I’m gonna slap two on my fixie.

Morale is being happy. Morals are the principals principles of right and wrong.

Far Cry 6 has a similar easter egg. Near the beginning of the game (which takes place in an archipelago) you’re given a boat to head to the main island for the quest to start but you can just take the boat and point it towards the open ocean and you’ll end up drinking beer on a beach in miami completely skipping the entire game.

This is similar to the tip i give anyone starting new in downhill biking.
Just don’t crash.

One of my friends in colombia learned english the same way. Playing video games with a dictionary by his side and lots of pausing was how he described it to me. IMHO the best way to learn a language is doing something you love.

Maybe, but i know plenty of people who have the opposite beliefs as their parents. Propaganda is a hell of a drug.
To be fair I didn’t watch it fully just scrubbed through it but it’s this one:
