I’ve been self-conscious of the placement of my balls ever since I learned that they can get twisted. Sleeping on my side is now exciting.
You will know when you wake up with a painful ballsack the size of a small orange.
You have a few hours to reach the hospital from that point and you will be fine.
Just don’t go to school for two more days because you are too embarrassed to tell your parents. Because that will leave with only the spare, which is there for a reason.

When I was a kid, I met another kid who had this happen to them. Ever since he described it to me, I’ve been very sensitive about mine.
Supposedly, according to my now adult friends, I’ve missed out on some pleasant experiences as a result. Doesn’t seem worth the risk to me.
