I’ll summarize.
Plaintiff was a server at Bedminster. Coerced into sex by a manager, for “protection.” Plaintiff hires her own attorney. Habba comes along, convinces plaintiff to A) fire her attorney, B) accept a small settlement, and C) sign an illegal NDA. Plaintiff’s new attorney is requesting that the NDA be voided, and that Habba be referred to th ethics board.
