So you get to make bold claims without a source but everyone else needs a source when they point out that you’re full of shit. Got it.

You’re the one who makes the claim:

If you work hard and become a professional you can make 100-120k in your 30s. Maybe as much as 150 if you get lucky. Those jobs exist in places where rent is 50% take home and ownership is completely off the table.

While the truth is only the lowest of the low Americans spend their entire paycheck on rent. For every 10 successful Americans there WILL ALWAYS BE that one or two shills who never acclimated to the modern world. You are a total scum aka “loud minority” making this statement. The world is not revolving around homeless people. Grow a fucking spine, what you wrote could only be said by a total imbecile or incel living with with his parents in his 30’s. Americans who live above poverty is approximately 292.1 million. You think this number is too high? Do you want to see a failed country like South Sudan here in the US?

According to Pew Research Center, in 2020, 23% of American renters spent at least 50% of their income on housing

The rule of thumb is that 30% of your income should be spent on rent

          Where did I say that?

Only a total imbecile has no idea that he’s talking to someone else when user names and profile pictures are prominently on display.

Discipline and consistency. These two factors working together will beat out a high-paying job, an inheritance and luck every time. Only a small percentage of millionaires received an inheritance, while the majority built their wealth through hard work

An opinion piece is not a source. Where did they come by this data? Following the links only takes this far: https://cdn.ramseysolutions.net/media/company/pr/everyday-millionaires-research/national-study-of-millionaire-new.pdf

Which 1) Indicates it was a survey. I’m sure millionaires like to believe, and have other believe, they made it all themselves but that’s hardly scientific. They conveniently forget things like daddy paying to get them into a fancy school and giving them a cushy position in a business they own.
and 2) doesn’t share the study or methodology in any way. It is impossible to check their work.

So we just have the word of a company that wants your money saying “trust me.” They also have a bridge they would like to sell you.
