

I don’t believe that theory. How does an ISP impact the functionality of a voting machine, especially when they have paper copies of the ballots? It’s not like they were running SpaceX software on the machine, just using it as an Internet connection to report results to a centralized database. Conspiracies like this are what we fought against in 2020, when the QAnon fools thought Hugo Chavez and Dominion stole the election from Trump.
