He got a lot of shit done. He did it by knowing how the system works and pulling the appropriate levers in the correct order at the right times. Unfortunately congress made “Give Israel weapons to commit atrocities” a lever and he pulled that too.

It took them the better part of two years. Then he ordered the DOJ to evaluate how reclassifying would affect their department. That also took over a year.

He did it the slow and methodical way that makes shit work properly in the government. But he didn’t strike the moment it was hot and it sat languishing for Trump to handle. So he did bungle it in standard capital D-Democrat fashion even though he deserves the credit for doing it the right way.
