I know a few people who have dipped into OF, and only one of them made enough after a few months to keep going. Still has a day job though.

Maybe it’s just me, but I feel like someone going out and being beaten for the entertainment of others should be well paid for their beatings, regardless of their “top skill” status. I don’t watch ufc, but I’ve only ever heard bad things about their treatment of the fighters.

She’d never have made that much of it weren’t for her time with ufc, but it’s also no wonder she makes more on OF.

I don’t live in a large ohio city and even still, the city has more people living in it than the surrounding 4 counties combined.

I’m all for kicking them while they’re down.

I drive primarily in the country and it’s been interesting to see how deep the divide is between rural and urban areas.

Maga flags above American flags everywhere. No on issue 1 signs everywhere. A couple handmade signs who’s message is summed up with “keep potheads out of Ohio”.

Four houses in particular amuse me when I pass. Two had one sign out from each, then the NO sign multiplied into 3,spaced along the road. So YES put up 3 more signs for 4 total. NO put out a few more scattered around the yard, and in response YES put up what looks like 30 or so randomly scattered over the yard.

Similarly in a different county, a YES sign went up, and in response the neighbor put up a NO THINK OF THE CHILDREN sign big enough to block the YES SIGN. Maybe 6ft wide. So YES put up a 10ft tall banner mounted on a 20ft scaffold in the middle of the yard with bullet points about the issue under the VOTE YES stuff.

Honestly given a couple of the areas I’ve been through, I wouldn’t put it past some neighbors to put a brick through someone’s window or a bullet through a wall just for having the YES sign out front.

From what I’ve read of this story, I have no sympathy for either of them.

I have even less for someone who buys a property with the intent to rent it out.

Hey they can have my old GPU if they give me a new blank laptop.

I’m more of a bill nye guy myself though. Racing never held my interest for long, so for me to keep watching voluntarily they have to be doing things.

Hilariously though, I love playing street racing games.

Accompanied by thousands and thousands of advertisements and loud noises. Not that f1 is much better with ads and loud noises, but at least there’s more than left turns.

I get that people enjoy it, I get why they enjoy it. I just don’t. I’m not even really a fan of f1, but I know if I had to choose, I’d choose f1.

I know I don’t have the skills to drive one (at least not yet lol) but those things are engineering marvels.

I’ve always wanted to see one invert at speed to see if their downforce really is enough.

I can’t imagine all the materials sciences that go on behind the scenes.
