I remember using furnaces minecarts sometime between Alpha v1.2.2 and Beta 1.5. But even around that era you were better off using the minecart booster glitch, though not sure when that was patched.

Search engine optimisation. People search for the attributes and so products that have attributes in the name will be more successful.
Teleportation is also one of the options, so that solves the getting stuck somewhere problem. My concern is what immortality is like without also getting invulnerability…
