No no no, we’ll just tow all the polluting thing outside the environment.
Uh, or you’re still cooking after getting back from work?
Conversely, healthy people have (mandated) health insurance at minimal cost to the insurance companies.
Not sure your location, but in the us at least most banks have a bill pay service where they will send a paper check for you at no cost.
I know a lot of it is nostalgia speaking but I still hold that Jeff Buckley’s version is the best. I think he captures the emotion I feel perfectly in his voice.
What’s challenging about paywalls and not wanting to spend money is not necessarily not wanting to spend, but convenience and cost. If it costs me 10 cents for each blog or tutorial or github page I look at while working on a project, or 1 cent for every funny video, that adds up. And do I have to put my credit card in for every site? Hope that every site has good enough security to prevent payment information leaks?
And I don’t think anyone is interested in a Netflix-style internet that fractures into 6 different subscriptions to get every site you need on the web.
Yeah but night time and IMC (clouds) is when ATC is needed the most.
We’ve investigated ourselves and concluded there was no wrong doing.
One is a job and the other’s a mental sickness!
Yeah, but I really don’t want my computer to look like my phone. And I hate that they keep moving toward that and “app-ifying” computers (specifically windows).
Agreed! And those are legitimate reasons to criticize her. I just wanted to point out that criticizing her for something that doesn’t make sense weakens the argument as a whole.
While she has been largely silent on Israel since the end or 2023, and you could argue that silence is support, it’s unfair and weakens your argument to use her IDF service against her/evidence. Service is compulsory and she served long before the current events in Palestine.
It doesn’t help that plenty of places still follow old IT guidelines that are bad, so they all get lumped together. E.g. change password every 45 days, can’t BT the last 10, must have 4 characters different, and we don’t have a password manager.
I should probably learn how BI works, but I’m mostly torturing excel to do things it was never intended to do.
Also I do a lot of lookups and xlookup will slow my sheet down.
There’s no way they’re using xlookup at year 7. You can pry my index match from my cold dead hands.
I’ve just started using Summit and they show accounts less than 30 days old. Really slick ui too.
I’m curious what source you have to discredit the poore-nemecek study. The only thing I could find was farmer’s against agriculture misinformation, which seemed biased at best and also did not cite their claims well.
We’re doing the same thing! Only been 2 years so far but excited to see the collection grow!
Sorta. Congress has the power to declare war, but the President has the power to direct the military in war and in “peace”. The War Powers Act was supposed to constrain that power, which limits military action without Congressional Approval to 60 days (plus 30 for withdrawal). But no President has acknowledged that that law is constitutional. Plus 90 days is a long time in modern warfare.
