Right? I had a fresh mug of coffee to the left of me when I read it, feels like the scalding alone would make that worse than a bo staff without even getting into the damage a shattering mug could do.

I don’t know of a proof that pi is normal in any base (even non-integer bases) so I’d be interested to see on what basis you can guarantee it.

Not sure whether Trump can appeal this decision) whether it being obviously unconstitutional would matter.

For more information google “peppa pig rule 34”

gnutrino@programming.devto Technology@lemmy.world•Lab-grown teeth might become an alternative to fillings following research breakthroughEnglish13·18 days agoWe have different ideas to put the teeth inside the mouth. We could transplant the young tooth cells at the location of the missing tooth and let them grow inside mouth. Alternatively, we could create the whole tooth in the lab before placing it in the patient’s mouth.
I assume option 1 at least would lead to the nerve connections naturally growing as the tooth does. Regardless, this still seems in the super early lab-proof-of-concept stage so I guess the ultimate answer is we don’t know yet.

gnutrino@programming.devto News@lemmy.world•Trump: Will Announce ‘Major’ Tariffs on Pharma ‘Very Shortly’English14·1 month agoFor a start my understanding is that China doesn’t actually export much end product pharmaceuticals, it tends to export lots of the chemical precursors. So if companies moved their production to the US they would find that a large amount of the precursors they need now have 104% tariffs applied and they can’t compete with production in countries with less insane trade policies regardless of what tariffs go on the end products…
The opposite over the hypotenuse
I reckon you could manage a towel with a bit of lube and some sort of stick to help it on its way.
I believe in you, you’ve got this.
