Well the “straight to your front door” is a lie. You still need to send the firearm to a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer - one of those brick and mortar stores they mentioned, then you fill out the 4473 form, the dealer takes that then calls for a National Instant Criminal System (NICS) check which you can pass, fail, or get a delay while they look deeper. If you pass, you pay your transfer fee and go on your way.
