the fellow students in school growing up that always blew off paying attention in school and disrupting class didn’t just disappear… sure i saw less of them when i wasn’t confined to those public grade school walls, but it’s been a harsh realization for me as I’m seeing them again as adults buying into and spreading the misinformation.

a younger candidate puppet would have drawn in the millenials/genz vote this time around but boomers gonna boom…

just say “it is” and use it’s as the possessive… like every other word in the language and stop failing people on exams

i’m wouldn’t be looking to curb curiosity tho… that’s not natural at all… instead i’d be looking to address it head on…

i’m telling my kids, yes this happens, this is a thing… share my viewpoints on the dangers of abusing it… and reprimand them for treating it as such.

they’re still going to do it… but at least them knowing that i’m well aware of it as a parent would lessen risk of them turning it into some sort of secret addiction of theirs.
