Public workers accept the liability and are paid for it to go in and install the girders. You want them to waste their precious and valuable time removing your personal possessions so they don’t get FURTHER damaged? Lmfao okay.
Probably not safe for citizens to enter the area to move them? And not worth the time to move them, just write it all off.
If that daycare has 50 employees, what’s the issue? The numbers don’t matter, it’s the amount of people under one caretaker that’s the issue.
So the same doesn’t apply for doing logging, which takes less time?
Also, stuff gets forgotten, with a log done right away, stuff isn’t forgotten. You think as you say one person can remember the issues of 30 different kids?
So you want the caretaker to spend 5-10 minutes chatting to you instead of spending a few seconds logging?
Who’s watching the other kids while the caretaker has all their attention on you during pickup?
Your suggestion takes more time and leaves less time to spend are taking other kids.
… there’s limits to how many children can be watched by a single caretaker, it’s like 7 in most jurisdictions. So while there’s 30 kids, there’s other caretakers who can watch, or their workload isn’t so bad that 30 seconds to log all kids is gonna be an issue,
You clearly have no experience with this, so why are speaking up?
How long do you think it takes to log? That would take maybe 5 seconds max unless the ui is horrendous.

Can’t adjust volume or other settings on your dash?Wrong thing to complain about lol. There’s hundreds of things that take your attention away from the road for a second or two that’s normally done while operating a vehicle already.

Sure other countries may outweigh it, but large countries don’t operate that way.
Source, I’ve installed blow molders for bottling plants that mix their own syrups.
They have multiple lines, usually one for pop machine, two for plastic bottles and one for cans. Depending on the size and location they may also distribute stuff like Monster as well.
Now if you’re talking like a small town somewhere, shipping syrup is cheaper, so in specific cases (not in NA) it can make some sense to ship syrup and then add the water.
Pepsi-co more or less operates the same as well, they have blow molders on site for plastic bottles.
plantfanatic@sh.itjust.worksto News@lemmy.world•Recall warns some Celsius energy drink cans accidentally contain alcohol6·23 days agoCoca-Cola atleast some plants have blow molders for plastic bottles. Making cans is a massive ordeal and requires its own plant, so if they have the space they could probably do it as well. A plastic blowmolder is under 100sqft. Makes more economical sense to ship in blanks and make your own than shipping 10x empty air volume.
plantfanatic@sh.itjust.worksto News@lemmy.world•Recall warns some Celsius energy drink cans accidentally contain alcohol5·23 days agoCoca-Cola Canada makes their own bottles and packages cans and bottles as well, they also make their own “syrup” on site. IE they make their stuff for pop machines. Canning and bottling is only watering down that mix and carbonating it.
I see no reason why Coca Cola plants in the US wouldn’t bottle and can their own stuff as well. And also no reason why they can’t have a blow molder to make their own bottles. They aren’t that specialized pieces and the units less than 100sqft.
Promotion.

How does it not? Being drafted means the government or pharaoh owns you. Do they have any other option as a laborer or slave already?
Do you not know what the term “Slave” actually means?
Because you seem to have ignored the “forced” aspect every step of the way here.
plantfanatic@sh.itjust.worksto memes@lemmy.world•What kind of ROI did they promise to their investors?41·1 month agoI mean at the same time
Ancient Egyptians were able to sell themselves and children into slavery in a form of bonded labor. Self-sale into servitude was not always a choice made by the individuals’ free will, but rather a result of individuals who were unable to pay off their debts.[
Several departments in the Ancient Egyptian government were able to draft workers from the general population to work for the state with a corvée labor system. The laborers were conscripted for projects such as military expeditions, mining and quarrying, and construction projects for the state. These slaves were paid a wage, depending on their skill level and social status for their work
They used slaves for everything and paid them, so having a paid receipt is a weird distinction to try and make something less worse than it was.
Isn’t that manslaughter vs murder?
