Mamdani is a great candidate and he only seems to get shallow or dishonest criticism. When he talks policy it’s straight forward, sensible and makes economic sense, but his critics talk about him like he’s chairman Mao. Totally out of proportion and probably has a lot to do with corporate finance in politics and the DNC specifically.
Meanwhile Booker refuses to endorse Mamdani. Billionaire class solidarity transcends party politics.

The wealth of the rich is still growing and it will continue to grow automatically until the middle class ceases to exist. If we do not take the assets back, it will become impossible for normal working people to ever buy a house, or have any economic power over their own lives at all - nevermind the political control or the media manipulation.
Extreme wealth concentration is THE biggest issue facing society. Mamdani is absolutely right.

I think disappointment in people is a very reasonable attitude. In fact I think cynicism towards people in general is one of the core defining attitudes of our time, and it transcends political boundaries.
But as a filthy leftoid, I believe that there are socio-economic forces which are responsible for how people are in a given era. The spread of misinformation on the internet, social alienation, poor education with no media literacy, logic or critical thinking - these are not innate flaws in human kind, they are failures of society that can be fixed.
So you can see we have a real problem, because leftism and even liberalism is built upon respect for and faith in humanity - but very few act like it.
In other words, the rich are eating the middle class. They will buy up all property and normal people will be permanently priced out of the market. They have no reason to sell.
Complicated subjects like this have dozens of citations which often contradict eachother. The great thing about wikipedia is that it shows multiple sources and where they came from. This is a far higher standard of evidence than just cherry-picking one source that agrees with me and pretending that it’s definitive. Meanwhile the only thing you’ve cited is your imagination.

It all comes back to big money in politics. These guys get bought and sold by billionaires because they don’t want to pay tax. It stinks and everyone knows it and the longer it goes on the less people vote, the less they believe in democracy and the stronger authoritarians get. Democracy is on the brink because of Jeffries and people like him.
